The Walton at Loop 12 is an affordable three story corridor style building owned by LDG Development in partnership with the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation, and located in Dallas, Texas. It contains 300 units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of families and individuals alike, The Walton combines accessibility with modern living, offering residents convenient proximity to major transit routes, schools, and job centers. The community supports LDG’s continued investment in high-quality, affordable housing that strengthens neighborhoods and promotes opportunity.

The Walton at Loop 12, being a brand new property, started as a blank canvas. They began with an idea for an interlocking logo inspired by the “loop” part of the name. From this initial “need”, we had to develop a fully functional brand that could be translated across the property and its collateral.

For The Walton at Loop 12, we created a refreshed identity that feels both grounded and contemporary. The name is supported by a curving, loop-inspired logo system and a modern color palette blending soft neutrals with deep blues and rust tones. Paired with clean typography and signage direction, the full brand package captures a sense of movement, accessibility, and comfort, positioning The Walton as a welcoming and elevated affordable community in Southwest Dallas.
