ArtSquare, located in Hallendale, Florida, is positioned near top South Florida destinations like Miami and Fort Lauderdale. ArtSquare offers resort-style living with modern amenities, delivering comfort, convenience, and lifestyle appeal without the high cost of beachfront properties.
The property is managed by SPM, a national property management firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, managing over 190 multifamily and retail communities across 14 states.

ArtSquare needed a refreshed brand identity. Despite its strong location and value-driven offering, ArtSquare’s existing brand lacked cohesion across visual identity, messaging, and tone. The brand struggled to clearly communicate its benefits to potential residents and failed to differentiate itself in a highly competitive market. Our job was to fully rebrand the property to reflect its unique positioning and connect with its target audience.

This style guide now serves as a creative compass for ArtSquare’s marketing, leasing, and social communications, ensuring all brand touch points consistently reflect the community’s aspirational lifestyle and welcoming vibe.
