Located in an accessible yet peaceful neighborhood, Encore appeals to residents seeking an elevated living experience without the density of traditional multifamily housing.

Encore at Beacon Place entered the market as a high-end, single-story living concept designed for comfort, privacy, and elegance, but it lacked the visual identity to match its architectural sophistication. Without clear branding or cohesive messaging, the property risked blending into a crowded housing market where “luxury” is often overused and underdefined. The challenge wasn’t just to create a logo, it was to craft an identity that could speak to the right audience: young professionals and small families.

We crafted a complete branding system from logo to collateral that's reflective of the property’s premium positioning. The logo draws on refined linework and clean geometry to feel elegant but approachable. We paired it with a cool toned color palette and typography that balances modernity with comfort. In addition, we designed brochures, signage, digital templates, and leasing materials to make sure every intersection with the brand, from print to signage to digital, felt consistent and elevated.
