Wayfare communities is a newly built, luxury apartment community located in Waco, Texas. Offering 272 single-story garden-style apartment homes, the property gives residents a choice of spacious one- and two-bedroom layouts that prioritize both comfort and convenience.
Beyond the individual residences, Wayfare elevates everyday living with resort-inspired amenities and lifestyle-driven details. By blending thoughtful design, sustainability, and a strong focus on resident lifestyle, Wayfare represents a new standard of modern living in Central Texas.

Wayfare was offering single-story one- and two-bedroom homes to a wide aray of renting clientelle, including baby boomers looking to downsize. The property needed a strong visual identity and marketing launch materials to attract discerning renters who expect refined design, privacy, and upscale lifestyle amenities. With plenty of competition in the area, the brand identity, photography, and collateral needed to communicate quality, tranquility, and convenience clearly and beautifully from day one.
